Name: Ibb

Age: 13
Gender: male

History: Ibb. The Beast Speaker. Son of elves. Prince of the hunters. Heir of the Wood.

Ibb has no interest in trivial titles. Whatever fantastical epitaphs "those silly city people" are calling him nowadays, he deems them all trite.

His origins are questionable and his relations are unknown, but that matters little to him. Raised by pokemon, he is a boy that knows the badlands of the north and the great woods of the west like no other. The wilderness is his home, and he will do everything in his power to protect it.

Personality: Wise beyond his years, Ibb is a shrewd hunter and skilled sharpshooter. A prodigy ranger, some say.

... But his genius in archery and tracking fail to extend to his social skills: Preferring the company of beasts and birds, Ibb is something of a hermit. With a deep-rooted suspicion of outsiders, 'Trust no one' seems to be something of his personal philosophy.

Of course, Ibb is still a child at heart. If anything, to give trust and receive trust in return is all he really wants.

Misc:
-Very accustomed to being mistaken for a girl. Stopped correcting people a long time ago.
-Named his bow 'Gulla'
-has a thing for jewelry and shiny trinkets.
-Will call you 'stranger' until he remembers your name
-Best friends with Marcus [link] , the only good reason Ibb has for going to the city. Not too fond of his father, though; doesn't like the attention.

Pokemon

Os/Sawsbuck A young and proud stag, Os allows only Ibb to ride him. Anyone else who tries gets a hoof in the face.

Bjorn/ursaring: Ibb's 'mother', a kind and patient creature. Despite her gentle ways, Bjorn is the main muscle on the team, deceptively smart and quick on her feet.

Arn/braviary: A fiercely loyal terror of the skies; or at least that's how he looks. While arguably cranky from time to time, Arn is an honest bird. He wouldn't peck out your eyes unless you gave him a good reason to.

Eofor/mamoswine: A gentle giant, Eofor is content carrying Ibb from place to place. His absence from battle is hardly a matter of weakness; it's just that he would prefer not to rain destruction if he could help it.

Unda/vaporeon: Elusive and sneaky, one of Ibb's two hunting dogs. Vanishing into the rivers and dew of the forest like a phantom, she equals her mate Fearn's power with stealth.

Fearn/Leafeon: a stalwart and serious hound, Fearn will not tolerate discord in his presence. While not as clever as Unda, he makes up for it with strength.

I love that there's a 13 year-old Guildmaster, this is pokemon after all! But in all seriousness, I really like Ibb's design (that dark palette) and his personality. I'll just bet all the jokers try to be fresh with the serious kid.

Yup, it's a masculine name~ In this context it's just because 'bjorn' is derived from the Old Norse word for 'bear' :>
